Smoking is a leading cause of chronic diseases in Jackson and the United States. Not to mention, it’s expensive. We can help you quit this costly and life-threatening habit once and for all. The PHPSM Smoking Cessation program enables members to receive personal smoking cessation support from one of our Registered Nurses, in addition to a three-month supply of prescription medication for a $25 copay.
