PHPSM Producer Licensing

Each PHPSM producer must hold an active Michigan Life & Health license in order to receive commissions for their services. PHPSM requires that all producers have at least one sold group on our books. This means, in order to become appointed with us, you must submit a new sold group or an agent of record letter on an existing PHPSM group.

The documents you will need to have available at the time of appointment will include a copy of your Michigan Life & Health license, the agency’s Michigan Life & Health license (if commissions are payable to your agency) and proof of E&O insurance.
