HealthWeb®
Physicians Health Plan of South Michigan is pleased to introduce HealthWeb® - a new online self-service tool. HealthWeb® is a web-based tool that allows subscribers and members the convenience of accessing PHP from virtually anywhere. The following services will be available to you through HealthWeb®®:
  • Provider and Facility search
  • View benefits and claims information
  • Update/view personal and demographic information
  • View eligibility information
  • Online open enrollment (if your Employer participates)
  • Request additional/replacement ID cards and print temporary cards
  • Change/view Primary Care Physician (PCP)
  • View authorization details
  • Access to Personal Care Advance (PCA)
  • Secure messaging to PHP
To access HealthWeb®, click the HealthWeb® icon below. First time users will need to go through the self-registration process to create their user name and password. Please enter the required information as you walk through the self-registration process prompts. Repeat users can log-in using their created user name and password. A HealthWeb® User’s Guide for Members is also available within HealthWeb® for additional assistance.
