Physicians Health Plans are proud to announce the transition to a new operating system. This change will take place January 1, 2007 and will include Physicians Health Plan of Mid-Michigan (PHPMM) and Physicians Health Plan of South Michigan (PHPSM). Our new operating system will provide powerful and flexible enrollment and claims processing and will enhance our business processes. We are very excited to bring you this technology upgrade. Our new operating system is anticipated to be more efficient and easier to use.
Our implementation process includes a comprehensive communication plan to update you on the changes that will affect you and your family. Please watch for future communications about the following changes as we transition away from United HealthCare:
