HealthWeb®
Physicians Health Plan of South Michigan is pleased to introduce HealthWeb® - our new online self-service tool. HealthWeb® is a web-based tool that allows physicians the convenience of accessing PHP from virtually anywhere. The following services will be available to you through HealthWeb®:
  • View member eligibility
  • View member benefit and information
  • Submit an outpatient or inpatient preauthorization
  • View claims
  • View authorizations
  • View inpatient stays
  • Find a provider or facility
  • Track your requests
To access HealthWeb®, click the HealthWeb® icon below. Initial or additional user names and password are issued by the Network Service Department. You may also call Network Services for password resets or HealthWeb® training. A HealthWeb® User’s Guide for Members is also available within HealthWeb® for additional assistance.
